2. What we collect
Only what you type into the free classes form:
- Parent or guardian name and email address.
- WhatsApp number (optional).
- The learner's age, and whether the learner is a boy, a girl or an adult, so we can offer a suitable teacher.
- Teacher preference, current level, preferred times and preferred way to be contacted.
- Your consent choices.
We do not ask for a child's name, photo, date of birth, home address or payment details on this website. Our hosting provider also keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address) for security.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
To reply to your request and arrange your free classes. Our lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). We contact you on WhatsApp only if you tick the optional WhatsApp box. Security logs are kept under our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe. We do not send marketing messages. [CONFIRM: change this if you plan to.]
4. Who we share it with
Service providers who process data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery), WhatsApp (only if you opt in), Zoom and our scheduling tool (to run your classes), and Google (if we keep a lead list in Google Sheets). 5. Children
The form must be completed by a parent, guardian or adult learner. We collect the minimum about a child. We do not track children, build profiles of them or show them advertising.
6. Transfers outside the UK
