1. About us
These terms apply to the services of Quran and Deeniyat UK, run by Quran and Deeniyat UK (an individual trader, not a registered company), Online service (no physical premises). Email: qurananddeeniyat@gmail.com.
2. Our services
We provide live online Quran lessons on Zoom, and a free prayer-times tool. Lesson levels and descriptions are on our Syllabus page. The tool is provided free of charge.
3. Free classes
New learners may join up to three free classes. They are free of charge and do not commit you to anything. We will never charge you unless you agree to a paid plan.
4. Fees and payment
Monthly fees are shown on the Syllabus page, in pounds sterling. The final fee is confirmed in writing before you start paying. [CONFIRM: payment method, due date, and number and length of lessons per week for each level.]
5. Cancelling and missed lessons
You can stop at any time by giving [CONFIRM: notice period] before your next payment. If you cannot attend a lesson, please tell us at least [CONFIRM: hours] in advance and we will try to rearrange it. See our Refund Policy.
6. Safeguarding and conduct
A parent or guardian must be nearby during every lesson with a child. We do not record lessons unless you agree in writing. Teachers will not contact children privately. Everyone must behave respectfully. We may stop a lesson or service if this is not followed. To raise a concern, email qurananddeeniyat@gmail.com.
7. Prayer times
Prayer times are calculated and may differ from your local mosque. Please follow your mosque for congregation times.
8. Our responsibility
We perform our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any right you have by law that cannot be limited, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
